Community tree initiative
Come and plant a tree for the estate.
Our tree initiative is designed to grow with the community — creating shade, beauty and a healthier environment for generations.
The long-term picture
Same road. A greener tomorrow.
The concept starts with the road as it is today and protects a future landscape corridor from the beginning. Young trees are planted in planned positions so the completed road can mature into a shaded, attractive community route.
- Tree corridors planned with future road development.
- Suitable Ghanaian species selected for site conditions.
- Spacing designed around mature canopy size.
- Pedestrian comfort and road visibility protected.
